These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ride Ready Detailing Academy website and the purchase of our online course. By accessing the site or purchasing the course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Product description
Ride Ready Detailing Academy is a 10-part online video course covering professional auto detailing techniques, from basic interior cleaning to advanced methods like clay bar decontamination. Access is granted by redeeming a single-use access code against your account and is tied to that account.
4. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and continuing to use our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
5. Account and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
6. Access codes and refunds
Access to the course is granted through single-use access codes. Codes are non-transferable and, once redeemed, cannot be reused. All access grants are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Licence and restrictions
Upon redeeming an access code, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or share access with others. All course content, branding, and materials remain our intellectual property.
8. Misuse
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, or to interfere with the site's security or operation. This includes attempting to access restricted areas, introducing malware, or scraping content.
9. Service level
We aim to keep the site and course available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, modify, or remove content from time to time.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to access the course ends.
11. Warranties and liability
The course is provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ride Ready Detailing is based. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
